Cancellation/Refund Policy

We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have received a damaged product please drop an email along with the images of the product showing the damage at madhabi@momnurture.com to facilitate the return or exchange of the product, within 7 days of receiving the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, we will replace the product or refund the amount, whichever option you prefer.

Refunds can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Please mail us at madhabi@momnurture.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically take 2-3 working days to be processed and dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery pin code.

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes that affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.

On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to hand over your package. Please note the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned to us.
